Every year we complete the diligent questionnaire from our provider to maintain this accreditation. The nature of our business means there are an extensive number of Health and Safety requirements we must meet in our work as part of our accreditation process, we must demonstrate that they meet the necessary requirements around health and safety. Safe Contractor can offer our existing and prospect customers reassurance that we our supply chain is secure and resilient.
This accreditation is an extension of the Safe Contractor system, it was set up to provide a way of verifying commitment to best practice and we were keen to achieve this standard. We achieved accreditation for this as soon as we could alongside our Safe Contractor renewal. Going forward, we will complete the processes to maintain this annually alongside our Safe Contractor certificate.
We have held this accreditation for a number of years. Since achieving certification, we have completed many audits with out provider to maintain our certified status. This accreditation sets our the criteria for a quality management system. Quality management is something we value within the company in all areas of what we do; ensuring continuous development, positive customer experience and ongoing improvement to our processes. We complete annual audits to maintain our accreditation.
This standard sets out the criteria for an environmental management system. We are keen to do our part in considering and limiting the impact we have on the environment as much as we can. As part of the standard, we also consider our stakeholders environmental impact as well as our own our own.
Health and safety is something we hold with the upmost importance. We now have mental health first aiders and have put a collection of steps in place to support positive mental health throughout our team. We were keen to add this to the standards we hold in high regard at Air Energy Limited.
This certification is the first global standard giving practical guidance on managing psychological health in the workplace. We achieved accreditation in 2022 after undergoing initial audits of the business. As part of this standard, we implemented various steps to improve mental wellbeing at Air Energy Limited, including that we now have two mental health first aiders.
This is a standard to encourage and measure organisations on controls in place to mitigate risk of common cyber threats.
