Welch Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps- CRVpro Series

Two-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pumps are used in many areas of science, research and industrial production. They are used whenever a vacuum of up to 10-3 mbar is required. The CRVpro series can be used as a single pump or as a pump combination with RUD Roots or UHV pumps (complete pumping stations available). They are well-proven pumps, characterized by their very smooth running, making them ideally suited to use in the laboratory and with analytical instruments.

The CRVpro Series are robust vacuum pumps available in 9 different models, with flow rates from 2 to 65 m3/h. CRVpro2 to CRVpro30 are available with single phase or 3 phase motors, CRVpro48 & 65 are available with 3 phase motors.

CRVpro Series advantages at a glance

Exceptionally low noise level for undisturbed work
Forced oil lubrication ensures moving parts are bathed in fresh oil. Equilibrates temperature, minimizes oil breakdown, and prolongs mechanical life
Anti-suck back valve, preventing oil from being sucked into the application in the event of a power failure
Gas ballast with inert gas option. Minimizes entrained chemicals in pump oil. Protects pump from condensable liquids from application such as water, acetyl nitrile, etc.
CUL and CE certification to comply with regulations for safe operation
Compact and modern design to fulfil different requirements
Dual voltage motor, meeting the IP54 standard. Motors of CRVpro 2,4,6,8 are switchable from 115V to 240V for global use excluding 100V and 200V pump versions. Each pump includes power cord suitable for country use
Labyrinth exhaust baffling system to reduce oil mist emission and dampen noise level (excluding CRVpro2).

Welch Dry Running Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps

Welch Vacuum offers a comprehensive portfolio of diaphragm pumps with a pumping speed of 5 l/min to 325 l/min (0.3 – 19.5 m3/h) and a final pressure of 100 mbar to 1 mbar for a wide range of applications in the laboratory, industry and Instrument manufacturers (OEM). They are available in 1, 2, 3, 4-stage designs

Diaphragm pumps are used for dry, oil-free applications in the rough vacuum range for science, research & technology applications as well as in chemistry, pharmaceutical and the food industry. Ideal for continuous running and pumping of gases and vapours. The pumps are absolutely oil-free and abrasion-free.

There are two types of Welch diaphragm pumps: chemical (MPC) & standard version (MP)

The MP Series are standard duty diaphragm models for pumping non-corrosive gases. They are designed for use in a wide variety of physical applications in the laboratory or industry: Gas sampling, analysis, as a backing pump for turbomolecular pumps, pick & place applications, vacuum holding / chucking.

The MPC Series

The MPC Series are chemical resistant diaphragm pumps for pumping out chemically aggressive solvents and acid vapors. Typical applications are vacuum distillation and drying, filtration or degassing.

PTFE and fluoropolymer wetted parts
Ecoflex speed control models for energy saving operation and extended diaphragm life – reducing operating costs by up to 80%
Many models have ATEX category 3 (Internal) certification WELCH MPC diaphragm pumps with ATEX conformity (device category 2) for generating vacuum in areas with potentially explosive atmosphere.

The MXPC Series

Also available are the MXPC Series which are full, assembled pump systems for vacuum applications in laboratories.
