Air Energy Limited is a Compressed Air Sales, Installation and Service Specialist based in Hertford.

We cater to a variety of different sectors as an essential element of day-to- day processing, including but not limited to; Pharmaceuticals, Aviation, Food & Beverage, and Mechanical.

Air Energy is situated on Mead Lane in Hertford, our offices overlook the meads which offer a nice place for employees to go for a walk at lunchtime. Our team offers a family feel with everyone working out of one location and communicating daily.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative Apprentice to join and progress within our team. The successful candidate will complete their 12 month apprenticeship and go on to develop with the company after successful completion. You will learn many skills with us and should you be the successful applicant, we look forward to bringing you into our team and helping you develop.

Primary responsibilities

• Booking in and despatching goods, both paperwork and physical organization of goods
• Operate and handle equipment safely as required for your role e.g. Fork Lift and Pallet Truck.
• Process sales orders for customers and purchase orders with our suppliers
• Maintaining stores organization and stock levels
• Other ad hoc duties as required within your apprenticeship

Requirements

• C (4/5) or above in Math’s and English GCSE
• Residence within 20 miles of SG13 7UB
• A can-do attitude and drive to succeed
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

As part of your apprenticeship, we will enroll you on a Forklift Operators course to ensure you are able to operate this equipment safely and with confidence.

Our team will be on hand to help and guide you through your apprenticeship.

Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

1 hour lunch break
